Shipping & Policies


Orders will be prepared for shipping after payment has cleared. Please note that any orders made over the weekend only clear by Tuesday. Orders are prepared within 3-5 working days. 

Your order is delivered to your door by Courier Guy or Fast Way. Delivery should take 5-7 working days for all regional areas in South Africa. 

Illustrated Prints - Delivery Time

Please keep in mind when ordering Illustrated Prints - the delivery takes a bit longer as the artist lives on a farm in Nelspruit. We factor in extra travel time. Delivery should take 5-10 working days but we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible

Pre-ordered items will be packaged & sent to you 5 working days after the products have been received by us. We will mail you should there be any delays. 

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free to your door in South Africa. If you live overseas please pop us a mail & we'll send you a quote to ship your order to your door. 

Refund & Return Policies

Can I get a refund or exchange my purchase?

We will gladly accept returns or exchange items within 7 days of you receiving the item. In order to arrange a refund or exchange you can contact us at

A refund will be made within the 7 day period if the item has a manufacturing defect. The product needs to be in its original state in order for an exchange or refund to take place. In order for an exchange to take place, you will have to incur the courier fee for both the return of the item and delivery of the new item to you. This doesn't apply to the illustrated prints. 

Illustrated Prints Exchange Policy. 

Once your prints have left us they might experience a bumpy ride or get managed a bit roughly. If you take delivery and open your box of prints to find your prints damaged, we would love to hear from you as soon as possible. An exchange can only take place within 2 days of taking delivery 

In order to lodge an exchange request please send the following to
1. Photos of the damaged prints.  
2. A photo of your waybill received when signing for your order. 
3. Your name & order number
We will get back to you as soon as possible. 
Exchanges can only take place for damaged caused by the courier. If any wear and tear of your prints take place while getting framed or once framed, we are unable to assist with an exchange. 

Belly Baskets - Will The Paint Flake?

All belly baskets are handmade & hand painted. Overtime, if used often will wear or flake. Some customers love the look, some don't. We hope you love the characteristics your basket takes on once in your space.
